Right from the outset, the MINI is designed for optimum recyclability. Recyclable materials are used wherever possible, the number of materials is minimized, and components are easy to dismantle. In the early developmental stages, MINI specialists ensure that hazardous materials are excluded from all parts and components. The strategic use of recyclates for component production enabled the reduction of the amount of resources required.
